Aluminum Beast, Anyone?

Ah, the Northeast corner of 90th south and State street....
This little hot spot has been home to many things over the years. Fireworks in the summer, Christmas trees in the winter, and different projects throughout the different seasons. There have been more than enough lamps, pottery, rugs, clothes and other "fine" home furnishings to make any junk collector happy.

Currently, this is what resides there.
Tell me that's not enough to scare you when you come around the corner.
Especially if you don't see it coming.

LOL! That's great. I've always wanted one of those. Do you think they would care if I took one to put in my front yard? ;)

What the Junk!
Exactly what I though and we almost took a picture too! The painted horses are the best ones- Jeff said we should get one for Margo and hang a sign from it that says "Horse burgers sold here- get em' while there Hot!"

Rob and I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed these animals down here in Provo for a majority of the summer. They have been displayed by the Provo mall then they moved over to the Rite-Aid location. Then like you we saw them on the corner of state street in Sandy. We are definately glad to see that they have migrated up North.

lol I hate these kinds of things! I think they are so ugly in people's yards! Hillbilly!!

Heidi, yeah Adam's hair is pretty long and I love it like that! :) Boston's is yummy - I actually thought about you guys but it was a last minute decision to go out to eat and since you're so far away, I decided we'd have to take you guys there another time. We should plan a double again soon. Karson and I want to rent out the gymnastics place again soon too!!!

Heather told me you are only coming up for the weekend at Lake Powell! That sucks! She also said you were bringing some friends?

I'm not sure what Karson and I are doing yet - I know we are going, and most likely staying the whole time, but we'll see.

So you're telling me I should take mine back that we just bought...? I mean, doesn't everyone want a huge, metal beast greeting people as they come to your front door? Hang a WELCOME sign from an antler or paw? In the winter put a Santa hat on it....no? Oh....

Now I don't know about you, but I've ALWAYS wanted a giant metal bear in my yard....don't diss the art. (Sidenote: this is a sarcastic comment...)
